I am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where teens and adults feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and collaboration. Using a DBT-informed, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, I help individuals build coping skills, navigate life’s challenges, and discover their own strengths.
I have a special interest in supporting teens and young adults as they navigate the transition into adulthood—figuring out who you are, choosing a career or educational path, building relationships, becoming more independent, or simply wondering, “What comes next?” I want to help you feel a sense of belonging and build a future that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.
My passion for this work is rooted in my personal journey. Having supported loved ones through mental health and substance use challenges, I understand how important it is to have someone who listens without judgment. I believe that with the right support, we can overcome obstacles, recognize our strengths, and create meaningful change.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Salisbury University and am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work. Through my education and field experience, I have supported individuals navigating mental health, substance use, and criminal justice challenges. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to meeting each person where they are and providing care that is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered.
